My body of work and sharing offers a woven tapestry of 43 (and counting) years on this infinitely beautiful planet. Beginning with my fascination with wildness, my deep commitment to daily embodiment practices, a love for poetry and eastern philosophy. My life is inspired by a curiosity for the space between (aka the art of relationship) the art of play as a resource & a reverence for the things we cannot know.

Motivated by these calls to action, and coupled with the wisdom of modern research related to neuroscience and mental health, the vocations of yoga & counselling found me somewhere along my journey as a student of this lifetime. ​
