In honour of the Buddhist lineage and teachers, I will offer the teachings and yoga freely because they are considered priceless. On the Buddhist retreats I attend, we practice dana, or generosity, by making monetary offerings for the teachings. Thank you for your generosity of spirit and for listening to the call to practice. I feel grateful to be able to offer the practices in this way.
