Wednesday 'Happy Hips' Noon Yoga

12 - 1 pm weekly

Class includes healthy pelvic mobility through biotensegrity and hatha yoga combined with intelligent inner core wisdom and a spacious happy lower back.

Dates:

Sept 16 - Oct 28th - 6 weeks - $100 - Class is FULL

Nov 4 - Dec 9th - 5 weeks (No Class Nov 11th)  - $90 - Class is FULL

Wednesday Morning Yoga

The Ease & Joy of Morning - 10 - 11:15 am weekly.

Class includes biotensegrity, standing posture play & movement exploration into stillness, breath & rest.

Sept 16 - Oct 28th - $110 - Class is FULL

Nov 4 - Dec 9th - (No class Nov 11th) 5 weeks - $100 - Class is FULL

Sunday Evening Yoga & Meditation

7:30 - 8:45 pm weekly.

Class includes hatha yoga, subtle embodiment cues, deep rest and guided meditation.

5-weeks

Dates:

Nov 1st - Dec 6th - CLASS IS FULL

Live & Virtual Mini-Retreats.

These are longer more intimate yoga classes (2-3 hours). 

 

They are designed for the keen student or teacher looking to be inspired by the subtle gifts of embodiment, yogic-lore, stillness & the play of movement and the powerful experience of paying attention as a gift we can give ourselves in this distracted world.
